Who am I?
Ashley has had a passion for real estate as long as she can remember. Wandering into open houses as a child brought her to where she is at today! She also has a passion for helping people meet their goals and dreams. Placing someone into their new home or out of their old home and into a new future is just what she loves !
Ashley is a native of Los Angeles, CA and graduated from Beverly Hills High School. She finished her undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University. She taught kindergarten through second grade for many years. She then moved out of the hustle and bustle to gorgeous Orange County, in 2015! After that she had two children, and went on to care for them full time. She obtained a real estate license in 2022 and joined the stellar Schilling Team at Keller Willimas. The Schilling Team sold close to $100,000,000 in real estate in 2021 alone! It is a team consisting of 12 dedicated agents and many off market opportunities. The team has a wealth of experience from contractors, appraisers, seasoned negotiators and relationships with other Realtors. She is backed by many seasoned professionals and is learning quickly.
Ashley values her relationships and is eager to please! On her time off she can be found playing with her kids and working out.
